1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
Appointments booked via WhatsApp or website forms are confirmed upon response from our reception team. We appreciate at least 3 hours prior notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Pricing & Consultation
All prices shown on website menus are “Starting Prices”. The final price for hair coloring, keratin, extensions, or bridal treatments will be confirmed by your stylist during consultation based on hair length, density, and chemical history.
3. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your haircut or hair color treatment, please inform us within 5 days of your visit for a complimentary adjustment consultation.
